Ruckus in the Muckus 2013

Woke up and did a 5k mud run/obstacle course today :)

Getting ready and stretching a little.....




Oh the joy.....but really, I hate running.





All done, celebrating with cookies and water :)



Tire flipping contests....I was raised right :)
